Hi there, @Rashi07. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help.

While reading your post, I was wondering if your Sense is fairly new? If this describes your issue, please note you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a Instagram message, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Instagram is already an option to be selected.

Please note that you can choose 1 app per category. The most common apps for these features are:

  • Calls—Dialer
  • Text messages—Messages
  • Calendar events—Calendar
  • Emails—Gmail

However, for "Emails" section you can only select your primary text messaging app (that can be Gmail, your phone's default email app or any other). Nevertheless, in "App Notifications" section you can select more apps, for example if you decided that for your primary Email app you want it to be Gmail, in App Notifications you can enable other email apps.
