Can't start/log an exercise tracking from Sense screen

I always track my walks and had no trouble swiping the screen to the left, hitting the exercise icon and then choosing "walk, yoga, bike, etc" and then start and stop.  Lately that won't work.  I swipe over, I hit the exercise icon, and then it goes back to the screen with four other icons.  It doesn't give me the exercises to choose from.  I have completly restarted it per the instructions, paired and unpaired the blue tooth, shut the fit bit app and re-opened it.  Paired with bluetooth again etc.  I can manually go into my phone and track my exercise but that is more of a pain as it stops tracking if I need to use the camera or certain other phone features.  Please help.

I am having the exact same problem. Started on Saturday.  Have also tried all of the obvious to no avail. Hopefully someone in the know will reply soon.

I called in and the only solution was. Factory reset. But it's working now.

Same problem started about 2 weeks ago. What do you need to do after a factory reset? Is it easy to do?
