So yesterday my AZM says 144 mins yet where you look at the chart with the HR associated under AZM you see barely any yellow maybe 20 to 30 mins but not 2 + hours worth of consecutive zone mins would likely kill someone. It is saying from 6pm to 8:40pm. I swam from 6:15 -6:50 and sat in the suana like I normally do for 15 mins which hasn’t counted as AZM before.
I have never seen this before. Couldn’t find help on it, nor forum that addressed this.
I understand how AZM are calculated : again only some yellow minutes.
do I need to be considered and consult a dr or is there a glitch in the system?
