Was working great had to do several resets due to it not synching. Now when I tap on the icon it says setup on your phone go to discover tab find assessments and reports. When I go there it just shows the history of my ECG. Tech support was of no help. Any suggestions?

The first time I ran the ECG I had to have my Fitbit's app - ECG screen on to get ECG to work. You might want to try that.
I assume you already have done a restart and a shutdown.
