According to my fitbit app, i need to do a tracker update. However my watch has completely unlinked from my app it seems and the screen asks me to download the fitbit app. When i try to update it goes through the whole motions reaches 100% update and install and then says error cannot be completed. I have deleted and re-added the sense to my account. I have removed and re-uploaded the app, i have reset the watch and my phone and i have tried to do the update on a different device and still no luck. My internet speed is fast and devices are kept beside the router while performing the update.
how the hell can this be fixed
