I did the update tonight. In "Settings"-> "About Sense" -> "System Info" version 44.128.6.12 is installed. In "Settings" -> "Display", " "Status indicatatores", the switch is toggled to "On". I do not see any status indicators, and I have tried to restart my unit.

@LokeAa   I didn't read your whole chat, but I wanted to share my experience with these new indicators.  Most of the time my clock face looks normal. I wound up out of Bluetooth range in my house.  When I checked the time, a white phone icon with a slash through it appeared at the top of the screen, was there for several seconds, then moved off the screen.  That stopped when I got back in Bluetooth range.  I have a sleep mode schedule set on my Versa 3.  I checked the time when I woke up in the middle of the night.  The moon was there and moved off the screen in a few seconds.  Then I did a test.  I put my Fitbit into sleep mode, then walked as far away from my phone as I could in my house.  I woke the screen and saw the moon and the phone icon.  They moved off the screen in a few seconds.  I also put my Fitbit into DND and saw the DND icon at the top for a few seconds.  I think the low battery charge is a red phone icon with a slash through it.  This appears to be the normal behavior of these status indicators.  If you aren't in sleep mode or DND, are in range of your phone, and your battery has a decent charge, you won't see a thing.  I use a Fitbit clock face.  I don't know if these status indicators are affected by a third party clock face or not.

Hi there, @LokeAa. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your Sense before reaching out.

When you turn on your device’s screen, you might see icons at the top of the clock face. The icons disappear after 3 seconds. To see them again, swipe right to see the icons at the top of quick settings. For more information, see Understand Status Indicators

Hope that helps.

@LokeAa Thanks for following the recommendations I provided above. Have you tried what @Clove6060 has shared with you? I'd also recommend to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that does the trick.

@MarreFitbit , I must admit, after having spent a day on another issue, where I mentioned the stat problem as well, which was ignored, I am not tempted to try again. I do not think I am unreasonable when I expect an answer. It is fair enough to say "I do not know, we will look into it and get back to you, or We have escalated your issue to our tech department, if you have not heard from us within 30 days or whatever, please get back to us. But, to start to refuse to understand what I'm trying to tell them is not ok. At he end of this conversation, I am talking about the device, they keep on with the app....

@LZeeW , and yes, you are correct. How did you figure it out? It has not crossed my mind the status indicators show only when the device needs my attention. Charge, or check bluetooth or...
