Cant access notifications via iOS app for Sense

I just got the Sense and I’m already having trouble with it. When I go into the iOS app I do not get the ability to open the Notifications tab. I click on it and it bounces grey but a new page does not open up for it. I have restarted the app, force closed it, connected and disconnected the sense, toggled the Bluetooth off and on, toggled the Share System Notifications button off and on and a combination of all of those and cannot access the Notifications settings. How can I remedy this?

Did you uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App?

The same thing happened to me with my Versa 2

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked!
