Set up new account on Samsung SM-G950F with up to date software. Versa not showing sleep score says not getting constant heart rate, but pretty sure I'm wearing correctly and getting constant resting heart rate on app. Have previously had tuis versat connected to iPhone X and same problem so now being Samsung, have reset Fitbit and phone, disconnect versa and reconnected, deleted app and reinstalled, worn on both wrists, different positions on wrists, battery full, tried everything that's been suggested on other posts and troubleshooting. Have also tried a sense and have same issue but that shows skin temp, HRV and Sp02 and resting heart rate so the constant data is there but not collecting in sleep part of app. Only thing I cant kjownfor sure isnthebpositionninsleep to prevent sleep score, but nowhere can I find information on what those positions are, just says "if you slept in position to prevent..." is anyone else having this problem?

The position doesn't matter. I've noticed that heart rate and tossing/turning does impact whether it does track.
Have you restarted your phone? I have an iphone, but I often find that the iphone needs a restart to apply the fitbit restart fixes.
Hope this helps.

Try wearing the Sense on the inside of your wrist/arm—for me, this helped get better sleep score and more consistent sleep tracking.
Also, if you haven’t done it, make sure you change the fitbit app sleep sensitivity to sensitive rather than normal.
Good luck!
