Cant open settings on watch I have tried deleting app removing Bluetooth removing device and when I contacted customer service, they said I needed to perform a factory reset tried to do that. It doesn’t work cannot do a factory reset so they tell me my only option is to buy another watch, but they would give me a discount I have used Fitbit for over 10 years and this seems to be the problem every two years or so it’s not nothing. I’m doing to damage the Watch it’s an internal problem and it seems it is just a scheme to get people to have to buy a new product everything else works on the watch except you can open Settings you can’t open a couple of other apps, but Settings being the main one because you can’t factory reset from the Watch itself in the settings if you can’t open it, I have done hold the button down till it vibrates and blah blah blah it doesn’t work

Forgot to mention the watch is a Fitbit sense.

HOW ABOUT FITBIT do the right thing and fix this issue and stop forcing people to have to buy another product and maybe there wont be so many lawsuits!
