yesterday
yesterday
My cardio load in app makes no sense at all and is not intuitive to how active I’ve been at all.
for example, yesterday my cardio load target was 148 to 210, I ran a 10k and also wales another 5ish miles, racking up a cardio load of 239
bear in mind I logged the 10k run with the watch and synced to the app too.
so why in the heck is the cardio kid today suggesting I push for 147 to 233 on a day I should definitely be recovering?
I’ve read the articles about how it’s calculated and form that and what I’ve experienced (above is only one example of many) the article is just incorrect with how the feature works in reality. It may be how it’s meant to work but it really really doesn’t.
what gives?
