Change device location - FDA ECG

I am a resiodent of Hong Kong where the new features of your smart watches are approved for use.

If I travel to the UK to see family and purchase a Sense from a UK user in the new year, second hand, Will my watch be able to activate the ECG functionality?  Is it device specific or do i need to just make sure my account address is registered to HongKong and it will work as soon as its linked to my account?

@Kempyk i see no reason why you should have any issues. Just make sure the UK user removes the Sense from his account. You should be able to link it to your HK Fitbit account without issues and use all Sense features that will be available on day one (release).
