Charged my Sense and now it's really having problems

I'm not sure if this is due to the recent update or not. 

I charged my Sense, and I've had problems since. For one, flicking up from the main clock face no longer shows today's stats. I just get a black screen. In addition, when I've tried to restart the device, pressing and holding the restart button brings up the Find the Phone app. 

Is this because of the update? Anyone have any suggestions, especially about how to restart when the restart button no longer works?

Hi @Ropozoe,

How long did you hold the restart button down?  It needs to be held down for about 10-15 seconds to restart.

We held it for that long. However, I found the shut down option in settings and used that. Once it restarted the problems we were having were gone.
