Just want to advise that I will be buying a 4th charger for my Fitbit sense in 12 months. I understand it is a known problem with the pins but I am hoping that by posting this the folks at Fitbit will appreciate that this problem is NOT GOING away. Pls do some R&D and fix the problem, Thanks in advance.

Hi @GizzieX - there may be a problem with the watch or more often the cable but it can also be a problem with the way it is used.
