Sense stuck on Fitbit Logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I made an earlier post but didn't get any responses. My two well old sense is doing nothing but restarting. The logo comes on the screen or goes black and then repeats this over and over again. The back lights do not turn on at all.

@w2wma that's not a good sign. It seems like poor sense got stuck in a permanent loop. At this point I'm afraid you need to reach out to Customer Support for the replacement.

If I force closed the app, it stopped. Restarted the app and hasn’t happened since (few minutes, but the problem was continuous) so worth a try. On Android

this is an issue with mine too and i didn't even get it set up yet. They rushed this watch and it has so many issues.

Mine started doing this too. Fitbit NEVER stands behind their product quality. These devices last 1 year at most.

They offered me a 35% discount but NOT on newer generations.

I let them know I'll just purchase a new one at the store and stick my DEFECTIVE sense back in the box and return it and keep the new one. The store doesn't lose out since they charge back fitbit. If fitbit has enough returns they might fix their defects

Lasted only a few months for me. My old blaze lasted a couple years. I feel like I rely on my data a bit (nurse). I cleaned it ,trouble shooted, really took care of the watch never really got it wet besides washing hands. Mine started cycling  and then stuck on clock screen and heated up badly.did customer support but felt a little watch and heating up but unfortunately they want mine shipped to them with OG charger with logo and I don't have that anymore due to the many replacements I had to purchase.

I've had two Senses, the first one had this issue about two weeks into me owning it.  I contacted customer support and they did not have a fix, so they sent me a second one.  The second one just started having the same problem since yesterday.

Has anyone figured out a fix for this problem?  No matter how many times I try restarting it, it does the same exact thing, it just keeps restarting over and over again.

There is no fix and google/fitbit DO NOT stand by their product. Once it hits 1 year it is out of warranty even though they broke it. They just want more of your money.
