I’ve had the Fitbit Sense for about 2 weeks, used it ONLY on my runs, and placed it back onto the charge after the run. I didn’t hit hit on anything on my runs. I noticed a slight chip on the screen of the sense’s screen in the top center of the screen. I paid for the insurance on the device and notified customer service that I literally did nothing to cause this chip other then run through air, they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because it was my fault. I wasn’t even asking for a replacement, just could they do anything, could I send it to them to repair the screen, anything. They told me I’m basically on my own and that’s that. I’m a first time Fitbit customer and this will be the last time I’m a Fitbit customer. I will be moving to an Apple Watch.

Mine scratched the very next day and I didn't remember rubbing it against anything. Moreover I have owned apple watch that never scratched in time of its usage. This guy's claims it a gorrila glass and it seems like hard to believe them.
