Hi @ShannonC63 - if you swipe the watch face to the left and click on clocks do you see them there.
If so, it may be a syncing problem or app glitch and you could try
- logout of the Fitbit App
- In the phone settings clear the storage cache and force stop it. [Android, long hold of the launch icon]
- swipe off the Fitbit App [iPhone]
- restart the phone
- Login to the Fitbit App and then go to the phone home screen without closing the app
- click on the sync popup and wait for the pair and link messages
- then sync and see if the missing clock faces come back
- Reinstalling the Fitbit App [iPhone] may be necessary if the above does not work, but make sure your phone is compatible, and redo the notifications and any special setups after the install, best to avoid this step unless really necessary.
