My sense is dead

This morning my sense went dead , noting will append since . I only have it for  1 month  I'm very disappointed also I had problem with the heart tracker  .

Hi @dani43 - if you are using many features like Snore detection and SpO2 it can drain the batter y quite quickly.

 

Try and recharge it, If it won't, then it may need cleaning or the charge cable may be faulty - see all the instruction links in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

As it's under warranty, if you don't succeed try chatting with Fitbit Support directly.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

 

They should be able to send you a replacement cable.

If the watch is found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
