Clock face disappeared & now getting error message when trying to restart watch after the new clockface has been downloaded.

Hi @pmhauner - try another restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, then sync.
If it is not syncing, try logout from the app, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.
If it then syncs try changing the clock face to a working one, and if there is still a problem, click the profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
