Clock face error, then logo loop, then dead.

Hi

Yesterday my Fitbit Sence suddenly said

“Clock error. Go to Fitbit app and choose a different clock face”

Then it went into the logo loop, I tried resetting it by holding down the button. It did this for a while then went dead. I put it on the charger and it says '0%' I left it on the charger all night at it still said '0%', I took it to work where I have a different charger left it on there for a few hours, it still says '0%'.

It is completely dead. The buttons don't vibrate, I'm guessing this is the end for me and my Fitbit Sence? It is around 2-3 years old, I  think they should last longer than that.

I'm having similar issues. I got the clock error message and then it wouldn't let me select any other clock faces. Based on advice from the community, I did a restart. However, mine has been stuck on the logo and will not do anything else. Now, my phone doesn't even recognize it and as far as I can tell, it's useless. Not sure what else to do at this point.

Sounds almost exactly the same as what happened to mine. I actually ended up speaking to support after I posted this. Unfortunately, my Fitbit cannot be fixed. I'd only had it a couple of years and it was out of warranty. They offered me 35% off a new one, but as they already had it reduced the price reduction turned out to be around £5. I suspect some sort of automatic software update casued this, as the watch had run really well prior to it breaking.

I ended up ordering a second-hand one on Ebay for £50, I can't afford a new one just to have it break after 2 years. I've been with Fitbit for a long time but don't feel like investing in the company again at the moment.
