How do I find a clock face I purchased to reinstall it? It's a third party app.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Dave89048  - if you don't remember the name or have an email trace for the purchase where the clock face name or developer is mentioned then use search criteria in the Gallery tile to find it.

Sometimes you can do a Google search but then you may get an increas in results to review as clock faces for all watch types will be returned, in the Fitbit App it only shows ones which work on your watch.

Sometimes if your watch doesn't have the latest firmware some clocks or apps might not install.

Thank you. We just set this watch back up, so it has the latest firmware
updates. I don't know how I would do a search for the watch face, other
than go through all of them again.

I suppose I could use Gmail search under a couple of things. I'll check
into those and reply.

Thanks

When you get into the gallery just use the search magnifying glass top right of the page.
You can type in a keyword of some sort  to minimize the number of faces that pop up.
