Hi, i have placed an order for Sense on the fitbit India store. i have not received order confirmation email. But the amount is debited from card. please help with some pointers. thank you

Hi @naveennataraj these are the community forums and we don't have the answers for orders, as we're not Fitbit employees. I do know when ordering anywhere online that a credit card has a hold placed on it for the amount of the purchase. You aren't charged for the item until it actually has shipped.
