Sense can't sync with iPhone

My Sense will not sync. I’ve tried everything possible but to now avail. I tried do the latest update but it can’t find my Sense. Please help!!  Thank you.

Hi, @Dfinizio910 , welcome to the community, I'm reading between the lines a bit here so please forgive me if I have not fully understood your problem.

I surmise you previously had your Sense paired with your Fitbit app on your mobile phone but after downloading the most recent update you have not been able to see the Sense in your Fitbit app.

I suggest you start by "restarting" your Sense this video demonstrates the process.

This video demonstrates the update process, it was made about 6 months ago and the app has moved forward since then, the process is still the same. I'm assuming you've got stuck in the update process and the app is not seeing your "Sense" Why can't I update my Fitbit device? provides advice that you may find helpful.

If you are still stuck please post here again.

Thank you for your response.
I can’t do the recent update, it keeps saying on my iPhone in the Fitbit app that it’s searching. I’ve plug my Sense in and it still says searching. Never finds it.
I have shut down my Sense like the video numerous times and it still won’t sync. The time is even off.
I’ve even disconnected from Bluetooth and reconnected and nothing.
Don’t know what to do. I’ve tried everything suggested that I’ve read.

Hi, @Dfinizio910 , thanks for your info, can you confirm you got the notification in your Fitbit app on your phone that the update was ready to be installed?
