Hi @Lil.pam.

First it will be useful to establish which mobile OS and phone you are using?

I only have experience in the world of Android, where I know some manufacturers employ strict power saving measures (this can cause issues). From what you are saying, this sounds like the result of such measures.

Thanks for the reply

Hi @Lil.pam, I thought you were going to say Huawei.

Unfortunately Huawei seem to be one of the most notorious of Android OEMs when it comes to aggressive power management.

You can have a look on this page (don't kill my apps) to see if any of the tips there help or make a difference. The trouble seems to be that some of the power management can't be turned off by the user but is instead controlled at a system level.
