Upgraded to Sense last Sunday. Seemed to work fine until I went to bed, then ut started restarting itself. Buzz, logo appears on screen, screen goes black.....repeat, repeat, repeat....lost count after 15 times.
After reboots, resets, changing clockface etc support is sending me a new one....great service.....but it got me thinking.......
Why does issue only start at night?
all day it works, then it goes crazy when I go to bed?
It dawned on me.....we have a Temper Pedic adjustable bed with massage. We do not use the app for the bed as we don’t care to track our sleeping but there is a remote to adjust the head/feet.
Any chance the electronics of the bed interfere with the electronics of the Sense?!?!? I had no issue with my versa 2, wore it every night but this one goes crazy as soon as I get into bed and hit the remote.
what do y’all think? Am I on to something or is it just a coincidence?
