I purchased the Sence on November 30th and had it three days and bumped it on my dresser and it cracked the screen. They will not let me have a refund or return it. I have been a user for more then 10 years, not a great way to treat customers. The glass is not good at all and there are no accessories to protect it. Trying to see if I can still purchase the extra warranty to have the screen replaced.

I’m sorry yours broke
ive had mine since they came out and I’m quite happy with mine so it’s far from a piece of junk.
now if you bought yours with a credit card check the credit card company. Many have automatic warranties. Mine do and they replace it free of charge (credit card company will, don’t call them, first read your terms and see what it says then call them)
good luck

There are lots of accessories out there that you can buy to protect the screen. My favorite is a cover that wraps around the front and sides of the Sense but doesn't affect the touch screen. I have one on mine almost all the time: I only take it off for the ECG and EDA scan. The added warranty is good to have. Although I've never had an accident with mine, I purchased it just in case.

I also just noticed a fine line in my screen. I have not had done anything to cause this damage. The screens seem very fragile. I have read a lot reviews of people complaining about this. They just came out in October and so I am assuming the complaints will continue to grow. If Fitbit won't address this problem our next best step as consumers is to leave reviews online. This will help warn potential buyers and may force Fitbit to address the issue.

I have a crack in my phones screen, which has the same version of gorrella glass.
