When I try to set custom heart rate zones for my Sense, the mobile app will not allow it. When I try to set either of the zone limits (upper snd lower) the app will not save it, and defaults to an extraordinarily high, or low value. It will not allow me to set the custom values that I want. I need help getting this done. Also, I notice there are very few responses here to any questions. Is this forum worthwhile?

When I try to set custom heart rate zones for exercise, the mobile app will not allow it. I will set s value, and it will immediately default to an incorrect low (or high) value, but never retains the correct value that I want to set. It seems like a straightforward process, but the app will not cooperate. How do I make it work?

Hey there...similar issues.  I also find it odd that the app doesn't allow you to get on-wrist heart zone notifications during exercise if you set a custom zone.  It specifically "if you set a custom zone, you won't get on-wrist heart zone notifications during exercise." Isn't the whole purpose of custom zones so that you can use them in the moment?  We either choose vibrations for zone that aren't ours, or no way to use our custom zones during a workout.  

 

I'm going to go post to the "suggestions" thread for this change.  It almost doesn't matter if my zones don't save if I can't use them.
