cannot get Sense to swipe

Hello, I cannot get my Sense to swipe. I've tried suggestions I found here, plugged into charger, etc., but nothing is working. it just happened this morning. I have never worn it swimming but did wear it in the shower first time last evening. Could it have shorted it? I get the home screen / time, but nothing else. thankyou.

Thanks for trying to resolve the touch screen issue you’ve had with your Fitbit Sense before getting in touch with us.

 

I would recommend performing a restart by following these instructions. In addition, you can try to change the clock face of your Watch.

 

In addition, you can set up your Sense as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1653515567108.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
