My Sense stopped working and I called tech support to no avail. They said my watch was out of warranty (just over a year old) and that they would offer me a discount of 35%. That ended up to be a whopping $5! (yes, you read that correctly).

 

Question - has anyone ditched their fitbit and gotten something better? I would love some recommendations!

Hi @Vickid425,

 

Just a thought: did you purchase the device directly from the Fitbit website?  If you purchased it through a third-party retailer, did you purchase their warranty plan?  If you did, you could see if you could get an exchange through that retailer.
