Daily readiness score messed up

The score makes no sense. Yesterday my HRV was 24 and I had a readiness score of 35 because the app told me my HRV was 10% below normal. Today my HRV was 23 and my readiness score was 67 because the app told me my HRV was in normal range. Huh!? How can an HRV of 24 be below normal range and an HRV of 23 be IN normal range? It makes no sense.
