I am having the same problem, the magnet connects with back of watch and it starts making a buzzing noise but it’s not charging - it’s about two years old and i don’t know what to do about getting it seen to

I also have the same problem, I asked for a call back and before I could respond it said that as I didn’t respond the call was cancelled. Now the app says the problem is ongoing and won’t let me ask again. I have cleaned both watch and charger and tried using different ports to charge it. Thinking of buying a new cable. What have anyone else done to cure this issue?

One possible solution: These chargers have a common problem with one of the 4 pins receding slightly so that it no longer makes contact. I have not seen anyone here able to fix it. I can't guarantee that is the issue for any of you but take a close look at the pins and if so, my suggestion is to order off-brand name replacements from Amazon, much quicker and cheaper than trying to get originals from Google, if even still selling them. Get a set of 2.

I have checked the Amazon cable and one of the reviewers have stated that one of the set of two that he bought melted after a few months and was therefore a fire risk and urged people not to buy them.
