I installed Sense today; however, today’s Versa data did not transfer. How can I find this data? I had already met my step goal for the day

You need to sync your Versa before you transfer to your Sense.

Hi @Bassets  - you have a Sense but you mentioned the Versa data did not appear. Are you by any chance using 2 watches simultaneously?

 

Only one of those 2 can be connected for syncing at a time. So you may not be getting what you expected.

Thanks for your reply. When installing my new Sense, it did not allow me to keep the Versa. I did sync everything prior to installing but it’s as if I never wore the Versa yesterday. I have all my previous days data. Oh well…

@Bassets - thanks, presumably you are wearing the Sense and it is showing data on the watch but it may not be syncing with the app.

 

Try logout of the app and restarting both watch and phone to improve syncing when you login.
