Hi @ch304 - did you check the cleaning and the charge cable? see instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Unless there was an incident, such as water inside, firmware update failure it may be fixable.

Yes i did. There was also an update which i installed. The display is on while on charge and turn off immediately when unplugged . I did get caught running through the parking lot in the rain the day before it quit working however the watch is supposed to be waterproof. How can it be fixed? Thanks

@ch304- quite often the seals fail, if the watch is working on the charger, use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.
Never tried that but it may help and it will probably restart itself if the charge cable is ok.
It it's under warranty, 1-2 years depending on country law, you have the option to get it replaced where you bought it.
If not, in case it is a temporary water problem, place in a cup of rice for some days. If the damage isn't too bad it may revive but will possibly have other problems.
If you want a last ditch effort, try factory reset from the watch Settings, About menu and set it up again in the Fitbit App.

Thank you. I tried all of these steps and the battery still says 0%. Last effort will be the rice for a couple days. Do you have any idea what the USA warranty law is? It was purchased 12 /31/2020. Thank you

My battery would not charge, stayed at %. Cleaned all terminals, spoke with Fitbit, another unit was ordered. I went on Amazon and purchased a 2 pack replacement cord high-speed charger for less than $12. Cords are 3.3 feet. The new cord powered my unit! In essence, if your unit won't charge, invest in a longer replacement cord. Better than the one supplied. Ironically, I'm still waiting for my replacement unit...

You are correct. The discount code did not work. Think its time to switch to a different brand. Ive been through three fitbit watches in five years.

The only thing I did that helped was clean the charger and contact points on the watch with alcohol.
