Well this is goodbye, After 2 years 8 months, my fitbit Sense has died. The first indication of trouble is when I noticed battery at 14% (hadnt been charged for 3 days so not surprizing) but NO notifications of any sort that it was low - normally get buzz on watch, phone and email. Odd, but put it on charger and it charged to nearly 100% (I forgot about it - normally only charge to 80). A while later, I looked to get time and black, nothing. No response on charger or anything else that people suggest. Fitbit app said charge at 92% so cant blame battery. Bummer. I had rather got used to it.
Would I buy another one? Nope. I was disappointed in accuracy, very disappointed in service and software updates, and spending that much money for something that lasted less than 3 years was disappointing. I chose fitbit for battery life, figuring that was usual reason to upgrade my phone (after 5-6 years).

Same here, just over 2 years and has completely died today. I've tried every thing,my husbands didn't make 2 years, very disappointing, now looking at other brands.

Thanks @helen27 - did you also do a proper cleaning of the watch back which can collect tenacious deposits. See link in previous post.
In general, a regular clean with a spectacles cleaning cloth when things are working properly is normally sufficient.
If the watch suffered water damage it may behave strangely before stopping working.

Thanks Guy, but given the sense was fully charged, charging cables werent that suspect. My wife charged her Sense on same cable, and I tried to get mine to respond when attached to her cable with predictably no luck. I tried cleaning sockets etc and just about anything else I could find on net over a couple of days about reviving a Sense but no good.
