I challenge the Fitbit Design Team to explain why the weak pins on the charging connector keep failing?
You must recognise that offering to replace the connectors under warranty DOES NOT constitute a solution to this issue. There are thousands of your customers dissatisfied with this situation, and it it is clearly damaging the reputation of your brand.

Fitbit keeps telling me that my charger is damaged and I keep telling them it's not damaged it's defective I've corrected them at least 45 times in four emails.

Good luck! 😆😂

So where do you get a ROBUST charger if not from Fitbit?

I just stopped talking with them. Every time a charger breaks, they make me go through the same red tape over and over. They ask for all of my info so they can open an investigation, and I just told them to scroll up and look at the earlier DMs. All the info they need is there from the last time the charger failed.
I think the most infuriating part is that they won't just admit that there is a design flaw (they HAVE to know), and work on a solution to the problem.

I've just started buying cheap off-brands from Amazon. The result is always the same whether I shell out the $ for a Fitbit charger, or get a less expensive one online--it works for a few weeks, then it breaks.

Thanks - I just looked and seems you can buy 4 cheap versions for the Fitbit price. Just ordered 2 of the knockoffs so will see how it goes

I came across a review and she said they did the same thing. Perhaps it is a design flaw of the watch itself? Maybe something to do with the magnets? Now I am really getting mad at this whole thing.

I am on my second charger (actually been waiting a week for it to arrive)

Good luck. My 2nd did the same thing (pin rescessed) in less than 9 months and they will only offered a 35% discount on a replacement. When I ask that if I purchased another one and that was defective too would they replace THAT one?? The rep couldn't answer me. So between the chat, regular emails and a phone call (where the rep actually hun up on me) I have a shoddy product with no resolve. I will look at the flea market for another charger.
Thos is redic.

The chargers are on back order won't ship until the 30th of Sept just got that from Fitbit.. might be an indicator of how wide spread an issue

I have the ‘dead bodies’ of chargers everywhere - I’m sick to death of having to replace/ask for refunds etc. Quite simply I won’t buy another Fitbit now due to these awful chargers !

We bought 2 Fitbit sense in November 2021 and had both original cables replace within 6 weeks. The replacement from fit bit last only 3 weeks. We opted to start buying them at Walmart for convenience. We have gone through 10 more. It always the same failure. One of the pins stops being above the surface of the charge cable therefore not connecting to the charge pins on the watch.
this is a design issue.

I have replaced my charger about 10x now and all different brands Different styles and it always has the same pin that goes out on the chargers not just the Fitbits charger. Bad charge design.

I just received a replacement charger (Order #: ZF7ZCU8WZ) and the same pin is depressed so that the charger doesn't work. It looks like someone messed with it, too. Did I receive a defective RMA return as my replacement? I did get this one and it works fine.

Hi @fifteenkey - if the pin is depressed on arrival you were shipped a faulty cable. Get them to send you another in case you need it.
Regular cleaning and this might help it last longer Tips when using the Sense or Versa 3 charging cable
