I previously bought a Versa 2 and on 25/08/21 the face detached and I consequently contacted Fitbit. Fitbit offered a replacement Versa 2 or half price on a new Sense. I opted for the Sense. However, on 21/02/22 the face detached on the Sense! I've emailed customer service and have not received any response.
