Device lock isn't working on my Sense

Is anyone having issues with device lock. It should ask for pin no. Once put back on wrist but does not.

Hi there, @Elmo67. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

Actually, there are 2 ways you can enable and use the device lock:

 

  • Enabled: Each time you put your device on your wrist.
  • Enabled for Fitbit Pay: First time you make a payment after your put your device back on your wrist.

It is not asking for pin when put back on wrist. And it is enabled

I have multiple Sense 3 and Versa 3's and all of them have this exact same issue. Even when device lock is enabled (not just for Fitbit pay) it never asks for the pin when I remove it from my wrist and place it back on. This is clearly a software issue that multiple people are reporting. Does Fitbit intend to fix this issue and if so is there a timeline?
