Hi,
Recently i ordered from fitbit india store on "5th Nov 2021 1131PM" for "Sense Hook & Loop Bands" Charcoal & Coastal Blue, the order was successful. Till date i have not received any email or sms from the dispatch service that is Net Distribution Services in india.
Unfortunately, i forgot to note down the Order ID, now i am in blank spot and waiting for the delivery.
Mailed few times to "service@store-in.fitbit.com" with payment confirmation screenshot and got a standard reply that it will be resolved in few days. Its now almost 5 days.
Help is appreciated.
