Sense disconnects when a call comes in

My Fitbit Sense has had connectivity issues since I bought it - I frequently have to reinstall it in order to connect it to Bluetooth, but it was infrequent until recently. 

Now, EVERY TIME I place a call using the headphones my Sense will vibrate every minute for about 5 minutes to alert me I’m on an active call, then completely disconnects from my phone. I cannot reconnect it while on an active call. Once the call is complete I can reconnect the Bluetooth. 

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times with no fix. I’m considering just biting the bullet and getting an Apple Watch even though I’ve been loyal to Fitbit since the original one that clipped onto my bra. 

Headphones I’m using are Sony WF-XB700, if that matters.

Our team is aware of this issue with some Bluetooth headphones not getting a good connection and is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.


In the meantime, some users have had success by wearing their Fitbit devices on the other wrist (on some models, preferably the same side as the receiver on the headphones).
