I returned my Fitbit sense and it was confirmed by UPS they received my package. I had to call 3 days later because I still hadn't received my refund or any email from Fitbit. Turns out they did receive my package on the day UPS said but they never generated a refund. So now my credit card payment is due but because I don't have my money back from Fitbit I have to pay it off. I tried asking if they can expedite it since it was their mistake for not generating the refund when the package received and all i got told was no. I had no problem with this product or company but now I do. They were in the wrong and now I have to pay for it. Welcome to 2022! Where no one is held accountable for their mistakes.
