Difficulty Charging Sense

I've had purchased a new Sense about three weeks ago. I'm having to fiddle and fiddle for 5 to 10 minutes to get the watch to start charging. It drives me nuts.  Anyone else having this problem??

Hi @TerriK60 - it's probably a question of cleaning or a faulty charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device? The USB port or outlet is faulty.

Only 3 weeks old. Have used 3 different charging cables, extras I have purchased.  I have used multiple charging USB ports on several different outlets.

Hi @TerriK60 - unless the watch is very dirty it is probably faulty and as you are in the refund window, get a refund and buy another from a shop, most likely cheaper now too as they are on offer.
