Hi All,
My Fitbit Sense occasionally has issues synching with my phone (Samsung Galaxy s10 - all apps and firmware is up-to-date.) My long press button is currently set to Fitbit pay. In order to restart the device, you need to long press the button and hold it for ten seconds. Because my credit card info appears after long pressing it, the Fitbit Sense never restarts. Does anyone have a work-around that does not not involve me removing Fitbit pay from the long press?

I've had similar experience and it was confusing getting the Fitbit Pay screen, but I just kept holding the button in and eventually Fitbit Pay went away and it did do restart, at least for me. I think it took me a few tried as it is tricky making sure the "button" actually stays pressed the whole time.
