Disable auto sleep tracking

Anyone know if its possible to disable auto sleep tracking. I just want to activate manually when going to sleep? Currently if I'm watching a film at night it detects me as sleeping causing the sleep data & health metrics data to be slightly incorrect.

Thank you

@garybrett1703   You need the automatic sleep tracking on order to get the sleep stages graph and sleep score.  There is a way to track sleep manually.  But it was designed for trackers that don't measure heart rate.  As I stated, you won't get your sleep stages, just sleep patterns.  I recommend editing the sleep time.  When you tap on your sleep tile, then a sleep record, there is an ellipsis in the upper right.  You can edit your sleep log there.

Fitbit's sleep tracking uses lack of movement, breathing and heart rate variability to estimate sleep.  True sleep is measured by brain waves.  While Fitbit's sleep tracking isn't perfect, it is very good.
