Disappointed

I bought my Fitbit Sense at Costco in November 2022. It was working fine, I never took a shower or went into a pool with it.  A couple of days ago the watch simply died. No flickering light, not reacting to anything. Tried to charge, nothing. So I called the fitbit customer service to see if they repair or replace the device as it is hard to believe that the device should work for 17 months.

Today I received an email  that they will give me a 35% discount to buy a new watch. They did not even try to conceal that the product is bad and there is no way to repair it. Why would I buy another fitbit if the company does not stand by their product? So I can buy a new one every 17 months? 

I am so disappointed that such a big company should treat their customer with such disrespect. They profit from us, the consumer, but still we don't matter. Very sad!!

My suggestion : DO NOT BUY FITBIT .
