Display Screen Stopped Working

My screen no longer shows the time and date. I've tried going into the settings. Nothing works

Hi @Rshortstop2 - first step would be to restart the watch and if that doesn't fix it try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App Gallery tile.

 

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Also check when you charge it that the charge level displays, and during charging when you double tap it it should show the charge status.
