So do I have a defective watch or what? It's been 5 days now and still no temp stats or stress management score. Most days my Health metrics say "no data last night" And after almost a week I've still got no stress score. I'll give it one more week and if things don't change I'm finding me a different brand watch, one that'll actually work. I mean there's not even any way to check the sensors ourselves to see if they're working. But most days and nights I get very little data and that's with Premium service. Smh On the latest update with Google Assistant using a Pixel 4 XL. As a bonus the speaker on this watch is two steps above horrible.

Hi @SunsetRunner for stress you need to run the EDA scan on the watch.
I'm not sure what is going on with the temp. Have you restarted the watch, or better a shut down?
