The steps on my Fitbit Sense are not syncing properly with the Fitbit app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app but it's not helping. Can anyone help?

Hi @Welchy is it only your steps not syncing? Everything else sync fine?
What do you mean by not syncing correctly? After a sync, the step count on the tracker should match the count in the app.
Or is it that nothing syncs and when was the last time the tracker synced. The app will tell you.
