my wife's fitbit sence alp does not show her sleep score or her ecg does not work

Hi @Dgena. Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for sharing that your wife has a Sense and I'm sorry for the issues she's experiencing with it. Let me help you with each of your questions! In regards to the sleep score, do you mean it's not displayed on the Today app when she swipes up? Or do you refer to the clock face? Are you able to see her data on the Fitbit app? If you've not done so, make sure her watch and the Fitbit app are updated. Then try restarting her watch and sync with the Fitbit app so her data displayed there can appear on the watch.

About the ECG app not working, could you please provide me with more details? Is this app not able to be installed in the watch or does nothing happen when you tap on it? Please double check this help article which describes how to use the ECG app and see your results.
