Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know if the Night mode turns off the Bluetooth polling at night, or is there a way to do that?
Many thanks 🙏

HI @designbod - as @SteveH says, you can't turn Bluetooth off on the watch.
If you are worried about these weak transmissions what you can do is turn off Bluetooth on the phone.
That way there will be no Bluetooth data transfer during the night and it could be that polling would also be diminished.

Thank you both for you replies. My husband’s concerned about having Bluetooth wearables on all day and then all night.
It would be good if Fitbit could at least build this in as an option.
i only sync my FB at certain times anyway as I keep the Bluetooth off on my phone to save on battery.
If you turn off Bluetooth on your phone before going to bed, the watch will keep trying to connect to the phone. Actually, this will consume even a bit more battery as my tests showed.
And, this will not reduce the transmissions as the watch will still keep sending signals intermittently to try to reach the phone, @designbod . However, the Bluetooth signal is very weak in power, which I don't think you have to worry about.

@deiG- did you test with Sleep turned on?
In principle there would be no need for the watch to be receiving anything from the phone, and presumably no urgent need to send anything to the phone either, other than to set the time which it may not do during sleep mode.
