My watch is a day old. I have received the lost Bluetooth connection message about 3 or 4 times. If there is not a fix for this I will return it. My phone is an iphone8.

Hi, @StacieC, welcome to the community, check the Fitbit app on your phone, ensure all the permissions are granted and any battery-saving function is disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones regard the Fitbit app as non-essential and close it down where it needs to run constantly in the background. Let us know how you get on.
