Hi all,
Does anyone know how to fix getting a SP02 reading? Over the past few days it has stopped working. It says it is recording SP02 on my watch overnight but then when I sync with the app there is no data. Has been like this for a week. Cheers 🙂

It affects me too. Except over past 2 days it has said SpO2 not installed. It worked fine for the past couple of weeks after I installed the app and the clock face. I've ckd the app and it asks me if I want to Uninstall it. It also allowed me to rate it. There is no update available. It also says that it can be installed from the app which I'm in (I'm assuming that message is for people who have not installed it) My next move will be all the usual, uninstall and reinstall, reboot sense, reboot phone(Samsung Note 8), finally uninstall entire fitbit app and reinstall it. I find I have to go through all this regularly to fix things that suddenly stopped. It doesn't always work. Note; last night it suddenly stopped recording my RHR according to health metrics, yet my RHR showed up in sleep data? Maybe all his is a health metrics problem?
